Job Summary:

  • Lead the organizational launch readiness for Depe SA & CRSwNP dual indications in GSK China.
  • Develop winning strategies for Depe SA & CRSwNP in China and launch campaigns to drive perception & behaviour changes.
  • Effectively collaborate with and engage global, region and LOC cross functional team to empower launch success.
  • Develop winning portfolio strategies on CRSwNP and SA, and drive synergies with Nucala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational launch readiness plan and design & implement innovative launch campaign to drive early perception and behaviour changes:
    • Lead team to develop local winning strategies for SA and CRSwNP, including marketing, medical, channel, market access, CE, etc by seamlessly working with X-functional teams.
    • Embed Launch excellence framework to facilitate cross-function launch activities progress tracking and reviews, to ensure launch excellence benchmarking to the best launches in the industry.
    • Lead team to develop launch campaigns and promotional materials for Depe new indications based on deep customer insights from global and local market research.
    • Closely collaborate with global and region teams to ensure brand strategy cascade, alignment and learn from best practices from other markets
    • Develop and track launch optimization dashboard to manage launch performance
  • Depe portfolio (indication) management
    • Depe indication planning and portfolio strategy, including TA trends and market analysis, product assessment and forecast for future new indications, e,g. EGPA, COPD, etc.
    • Manage and foster collaborative internal working relationships across global and LOC Dev/RA/Medical/Supply team to maximize launch opportunities and support decision making
    • In collaboration with Nucala team and inhaler team to develop overall GSK IL5 strategy and prioritization
    • Lead and prepare and responsible for all indications of Depe long range forecast (LRF), as well as LOC, region and global alignment and reviews
  • Team management and development
    • Build first class marketing team by coaching, motivating and talent development.
    • Embed New GSK Culture to be ambitious for patients, accountable for impact and do the right thing in daily ways of working

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor degree or above preferably in healthcare related major. MBA background could be a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven and track record as brand owner in leading successful new product launch
  • Minimum 10 year’s solid working experiences in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting firms
  • Rich experience as brand owner with at least 5~10 years in central marketing, rich experience in brand management
  • Proven record for strategic thinking, strategic planning and LRF, project management
  • Mature leadership in people management and driving performance
