Your Role
Gensler’s Shanghai office is seeking an experienced, creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. A marketing coordinator is the key producer of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts. They work under the direction of senior staff and the marketing leader to produce proposals, presentations and other materials used to help the firm win work and support the general activities of the office/regional marketing studios.

What You Will Do
- Working with senior Marketers and BD Champion to research, design and produce pre-qualifications, qualifications, presentations to achieve the best winning marketing strategies and BD efforts.
- Coordinating with Communications and design studios to maintain and update marketing collaterals (ie. case stories/qualifications/presentations/resumes) on a regular basis.
- Independently managing the Online Registration including both client platforms and government platforms.
- Managing and coordinating photography procedure.
- Conducting internal and external research on new opportunities, prospective clients, and practice areas.
- Conducting research on vendor selections & payments / internal & external vendor coordination etc.
- Providing support and coordination on weekly BD report process (ie. Sales Force BD registrations, marketing project request)
- Providing regional marketing support as required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience in a marketing position, preferably for a design or professional services firm
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both speaking and writing/reading)
- Experience managing significant marketing projects independently, working closely with senior staff on business development opportunities.
- Excellent communication, writing skills.
- High level of competency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office programs.
