1. Create BOM, routing, work center in SAP system, constantly maintain ensure systems run correctly.
2. Communicate with AE to confirm products quality, technique and drawing requirements.
3. Compile relevant documents, e.g. process drawing/sheet, tooling data sheet and working instructions, etc.
4. Design tooling and gauges for new projects.
5. Coordinate with vendors to qualify new components and tools.
6. Understanding APQP , PPAP and ECN/ECR/DCC relevant knowledge
1. Interact with cross functional team members to ensure design for manufacture capability, conformability and quality assurance initiatives are addressed.
2. Solving process abnormal issues and figure out countermeasures.
3. Sustain line process stability and regular checking on-site.
4. Coach operators to implement as right procedures.
1. Standardize operational guides and procedures.
2. Continuously optimize, improve products yield and process stability.
3. Figure out proactive actions and apply design of mistake-proofing methods.
4. Monitor SPC and improve CPK.
1. Implement safety improvements.
2. Calculate FMP for sales department.nd documents.
1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical/Mould Design & Manufacturing
2. At least five-years working experience in Automotive experience of stamping progressive tooling development.
3. Soildworks and Auto-CAD as required.
4. Fluent English both in oral and written.
5. Open-minded, innovation and hardworking.
