This role is responsible to supporting regular work on maintenance and technician management relevant activities.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

- Lead and supervise a team of equipment-maintenance technicians; assign tasks rationally to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and efficiently. Manage daily attendance and overtime scheduling.领导并监督由设备维修技术员组成的团队，合理分配工作任务，确保所有设备维护和修理任务能够安全、高效地完成。管理员工日常考勤及加班安排。
- Oversee recruitment, training, promotion, and behavioral management of team members; conduct regular performance reviews to foster individual growth and raise overall team capability. 负责团队成员的招聘、培训、晋升及行为管理，并进行定期绩效考核，以促进员工个人成长及团队整体能力提升。
- Develop and execute preventive-maintenance plans; perform periodic inspections, servicing, and care of equipment. Diagnose and rectify faults quickly to minimize downtime and sustain production continuity and stability.制定并执行设备预防性维护计划，对设备进行定期检查、维护和保养；快速诊断并修复设备故障，减少停机时间，保障生产的连续性和稳定性。
- Provide on-site technical support, promptly handle technical issues arising during production, and keep production lines running smoothly.提供现场技术支持，及时处理生产过程中出现的各种技术问题，保证生产线顺畅运行。
- Drive implementation of the QESH management system in the assigned area; ensure compliance with internal standards and national regulations; carry out 5S practices.在所负责区域内推动QESH(质量、环境、安全、职业健康)管理体系的落实，确保遵守公司内部标准及国家法规要求，实施5S管理。
- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials; ensure tools remain in good condition and materials are used appropriately; optimize inventory costs..管理维修工具、备件及材料，确保工具的完好性和材料使用的合理性，优化库存成本。
- Record maintenance processes and outcomes; prepare related documents and reports to supply accurate data for subsequent analysis..记录设备维护过程和结果，准备相关文档和报告，为后续分析提供准确数据支持。
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, Process, Quality) to coordinate resources and align maintenance activities with the company’s overall operational objectives..与其他部门（如生产、工艺、质量等）紧密合作，协调资源，确保设备维护工作符合公司的总体运营目标。
- Analyze equipment-failure causes, propose improvement suggestions, and participate in or lead equipment-performance optimization projects to pursue higher efficiency and lower costs.分析设备故障原因，提出改进建议，参与或主导设备性能优化项目，不断追求更高的效率和更低的成本。
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.根据需要完成上级领导指派的其他临时任务或项目。
Qualifications
资质要求
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- College degree or above in an Engineering discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent background.大专以上学历，电气或机械工程或其他相关专业
- Experience in related positions in pharmaceutical or medical device companies is preferred.有药企和医疗器械企业从业经验优先。
- More than three years of relevant management experience, machining equipment or automation equipment maintenance experience is preferred.具备三年以上相关管理工作经验，有机加工设备或自动化设备维修经验者优先。
- Willingness to take ownership, to learn and acquire new knowledge. 积极承担主人翁角色，积极学习并吸取新知识。

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 具备良好的领导力、沟通能力、组织协调能力与问题解决能力。
- Familiar with electronic components, mechanical principles and electrical knowledge熟悉电子元器件、机械原理和电气知识
- Able to understand circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings and other technical documents. 能看懂电路图、机械图纸等技术文件
- Good language and writing skills. 良好的语言和文字表达能力.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

General office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. May require moderate lifting. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small objects.
