4. 该岗位为生产储备干部，会在生产、包装、自动线、等生产岗位轮岗学习，满1年根据个人技能定岗
Requires:
1. 教育背景: 大专及以上学历 ，化工相关专业
2. 工作经验: 应届毕业生 或1-3年工作经验
3. 能够接受倒班
4. 接受化工厂环境，工作环境需要佩戴PPE
