- 0-2weeks: get familiar with GCSEA L&D basics (framework, strategy, focused plan YTD, main
- 3-4weeks: support the L&D programs like Accelerated Together We Lead program, Talent Management Process
- 5-24weeks: suggest L&D initiatives when necessary

Must Have:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
- Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability

- Ability to collaborate effectively, work with virtual team and be a good teammate
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional,
- Self-reflection and deal with ambiguity
- Creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus
