What You'll Do
- Analyze on-site waste, identify hidden hazards of waste and non-conformity, formulate improvement measures, improve bottleneck productivity, and promote lean production and cost saving
- Establish the Lean Smart Factory culture and implementation.
- Find and solve the root cause of process problems by Poka-Yoke or other automatic solution
- Plan the plant layout, optimize logistics paths, and increase space utilization.
- Analyze and evaluate the existing production capacity situation, develop medium- and long-term improvement plans.
- Pro-actively support the Global Industrialization Manager in the PCP with regional process knowhow
- Responsible for providing regional aspects for required deliverables based on the product supply chain concept
- Review Product Journey, ensure the product is designed to enable lean assembling and automated production
- Responsible for the end-to-end assembly process including the related side process
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting the product PFMEA verification process with innovation
- Identify, lead, and implement customizing/ logistics improvement projects
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management
Who You Are
- Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- Familiar with Office Software
- 5+ years of experience in product industrialization, Process engineering
- Project Management
- Skill of AutoCAD
- Ability to cope with strain - non-varying performance
- Accuracy
- Languages – Fluent written/oral English and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a team, sense of efficiency, waste, quality awareness, constant improvement thinking.
- Willingness to learn new things
- Willing to travel (AP and global)
- Deal with time constraints and deadlines; self-motivated, self-organized
