- Conduct IR/TGA/DSC/IC tests on samples according to standard requirements, work instructions and equipment usage manual, record observed and calculated data on testing datasheet.
- Review test spectrum to judge if it match the information provide by client, and effectively communicate with project handler and client.
- Establish Spectrum database, and retain test samples.
- Performs routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory area.
- Support Lab manager/supervisor on new testing capability build up, be familiar with testing standard, work instructions, etc.
- Provides feedback and may assist in development of laboratory procedure guides (LPG)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service
- Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
- Resolves engineering issues associated with Variation Notices by analyzing and reporting on the acceptability of the variations
- Performs other duties as directed.

- Science and engineering, bachelor degree, major in chemical/material science is preferred.
- At least 1 years working experience.
- Good management skills of multiple projects.
- Good English skills in reading and writing.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
