About the job关于工作

The Kid’s Club Attendant is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall Kid’s Club tidiness and appearance also provides personal assistance to all kids that use the Kid’s Club facilities.

As Kids Club attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Keep work area clean, hygienic and neat at all times.确保工作区域一直干净整洁。

• Must follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by legendary trainers, Kid’s Club Supervisor or Assist.Fitness & Wellness Manager. 必须按照培训师或康乐副经理所培训的标准去实施。

• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Kid’s Club. 必须确保儿童乐园所有服务和卫生都保持一个标准。

• Assist in the operations of recreation department as required: 帮助康乐部门别的区域的运营。

• Report to engineering department and follow up closely on all maintenance requests.通知工程部跟进一切工程问题
• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the kid’s club, games room and tennis court。确保儿童乐园、游戏室和网球场运营的所有设备的充足。

• To attend daily briefing, weekly and monthly department meetings.参加每日的会议，每周和每月的康乐会议。

• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Assist. Fitness & Wellness Manager. 按照康乐副经理所设定的高标准去维护和保养。

• Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Assist. Fitness & Wellness Manager. 根据康乐副经理的要求，必须参加所有必要的培训课程。

• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa & recreation related questions with guests. .必须能回答客人就水疗康乐所询问的相关问题。

• Assist in all areas of the recreation as and when necessary.当需要时，能给所有相关区域的客人提供帮助。

• Assist on reservation of water sport, fitness class, games room and tennis courts as and when necessary. 需要时帮助做水上运动、健身课程、游戏室以及网球场的预定。

• To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at work通过培训确保在工作中我们的操作是安全的。

• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Kid’s Club Supervisor. 根据儿童乐园主管所设定的标准，能够保持一种专业的友好的职业态度并能对岗位要求负责。
• Will greet each guest with a smile and acknowledge guest even in passing. 能够用微笑问候每一个客人，即便是从身旁经过。

• Will proactively offer assistance to all guests when necessary. 当需要时能主动地为所有客人提供帮助。
• Perform baby sitting service as and when necessary. 当需要时，能提供儿童托管服务。
• To supervise and instruct the safe use of the toys and equipments in the Kid’s Club. 确保儿童在儿童乐园里使用玩具是安全的。
• To maintain a calm and patient manner on handling boisterous kids. 面对爆燥的孩子时能耐心冷静。
• To provide sound, scientifically correct feedback to guests should they be performing un-safe manner. 对那些行为习惯有危险的孩子要给以适当的反馈。

As Kids Club Attendant, we expect from you:

• Strong verbal communication skills, good at interpersonal interaction, with a strong service mindset and meticulous attention to detail. 良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通，服务意识强，工作信心细致。
• Cheerful, optimistic, proactive, and a strong team work mindset. 性格开朗乐观，积极向上，团队协作能力强。
• Passionate about the child service industry, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. 热爱儿童服务行业，能够与儿童及家长有效沟通。
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in front desk reception, food and beverage hospitality, or those engaged in child education, entertainment, or related service industries. 有关前台接待、餐饮接待、等服务业或儿童教育、娱乐行业经营者优先。
