About Job
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Management of the account relationship. All sales and business performance KPIs associated to this account will be primary accountability of this role.
- Support (and lead where required) the relationship with key trading partners (i.e. distributors) associated to this account.
- Primarily responsible in developing detailed yearly account investment & sales plans, including the development of activity calendars (e.g. campaigns, key festivals, etc.) with support from channel development/ trade marketing & Marketing teams.
- Support development of E-Commerce sales channel development strategy.
- Support broader China EC team to identify new business opportunities and priorities that will accelerate business growth.
- Support any project to support the China CHC EC team to deliver sell-out and market share targets.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Over 7 years’ experience managing Tmall FGS, or any other key E-Commerce platforms(i.e. TDI, JD) or distributor/TP management.
- Preferably with Consumer Healthcare/maternal and child/medical experience.
