systemsGo is seeking an IT Support Enginer to work onsite at our client's office in Beijing. The client is a leading global investment firm.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proactive, good communication, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Basic knowledge of the end-to-end business processes in the functional areas assigned
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team
- Problem-solving skills for difficult to complex issues
- PC hardware & software technical knowledge and ability to continuously learn while
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to issues of security
- Deliver and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrated in-depth familiarity with Windows operating systems, PC
- Demonstrated operational familiarity with iOS and OSX.
- Demonstrated initiative, be a self-starter.
Qualifications:
- 3 years supporting technology in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years customer service experience
- Able to work outside normal business hours for emergency issues
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
