Job Summary
GLG格理集团亚太合作伙伴拓展团队现招募一位全职实习生，工作地点为上海。合作伙伴拓展团队旨在提高格理集团订制招募的能力，为专家招募团队提供更丰富的招募渠道。作为专家网络行业的头部机构，该实习生将有机会接触到行业领先的运营模式，与公司内外部的利益相关者紧密合作，打磨自己的人际沟通、团队协作、以及解决问题的能力。

【工作内容】
- 开展行业研究，与各行行业专家沟通项目需求
- 通过分析评估客户需求、对专家资格的全面审查，确定最合适的专家
- 为发展客户关系、达成客户需求提供支持
- 基于团队需要的其他研究任务
【岗位要求】
- 英语流利，具备出色的沟通能力，同时掌握其他外语者优先；
- 全日制在校大学生或研究生，商科相关专业优先，有咨询、市场调研、猎头等行业经验优先；
- 自我驱动力强，对咨询行业、金融、或者TMT充满热情；
- 卓越的多任务处理能力与项目管理能力，重视细节；
- 诚信并专业，善于团队合作，主动承担责任；
- 能保证一周4-5天工作时间，至少工作3-6个月，并希望从九月份开始实习
