About the role
The role needs lead category innovation strategy which including different brand innovation strategy as well. This role will support OTC Innovation Lead achieve innovation sales target and contribute to overall Greater China innovation growth with strong pipeline for 2-10 years.

Owner of OTC innovation strategy, innovation pipeline, and line extension strategy. Work with R&D to develop idea generation, consumer validation, NPD governance until product readiness for launch Owner of innovation gate documents/gate meetings/ways of working set up with brand team

Role Purpose 职位目标:
The role needs lead category innovation strategy which including different brand innovation strategy as well. This role will support OTC Innovation Lead achieve innovation sales target and contribute to overall Greater China innovation growth with strong pipeline for 2-10 years.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Owner of OTC innovation strategy, innovation pipeline, and line extension strategy (brand and scope TBD) Work with R&D to develop idea generation, consumer validation, NPD governance until product readiness for launch Owner of innovation gate documents/gate meetings/ways of working set up with brand team
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields At least 10+ years of working experience
Direct experience in Consumer healthcare/OTC or FMCG marketing is preferred
Leadership experience of medium size team.
Extensive experience in matrix organization is a plus
Experience of working with global/regional team with multiple geographies exposure. Solid OTC/Consumer healthcare industry NPD experience/networking Ideally having experience of both upstream brand development as well as in-market brand activation. Brand development experience includes
consumer insight discovering, Need skillful digesting of different research reports and creative thinking to translate insight into commercial actions.

Responsible for long-term 3-5yr sustainable brand growth. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English writing, verbal, and presentation. Good learning agility, with proven record in commercial problem solving and crisis or change management. Marketing expertise as well as strong business acumen is fundamental Financial planning capability, strong leadership capabilities, and strategical thinking capabilities is strongly preferred
