What you´ll do
- Manage e2e Purchasing project activities coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize the overall supply of direct IMS suppliers.
- Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams.
- Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects.
- Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks.
- Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipelines.
- Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.
- Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in trainings, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel.

Contribute to regional sourcing strategy with connection with cross-functional stakeholders at country and plant level.
- Implement sourcing strategy in local new product development projects and manage purchasing activities with project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a multi-functional network of local stakeholders and support for execution of the regional and even global strategy at all levels.
- Develop subject matter expert of local market intelligence to collaborate with regional team to drive for the supplier full potential.
- Provide leadership in local purchasing process with regional alignment and actively look for improvement opportunities.
- Drive the sustainability topic in responsible plants to ensure sustainable supplier base to meet corporate sustainability target.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s Degree with 5 years’ service-related category (e.g. HR /Travel/Fleet/FM) sourcing / procurement experience.

Excellent communication skills with ability to concise complex market knowledge and influence.

Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies.

Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to learn or undertake different categories of sourcing, job rotation, short assignments - within the region or globally.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
