WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Participate as a key member in the establishment of the new organizational structure.
- Develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic manpower plans based on alignment with the business and functional strategy and objectives.
- Attract and maintain target talents via effective recruitment channels and talent retain programs based on alignment with global and regional HR teams.
- Be responsible for building a great organizational culture through initiating and implementing various HR programs.
- Work closely with leadership in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development in BPT China.
- Collaborate with others (COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build world class initiatives.
- Oversees Human Resources budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience in MNC with manufacturing. Experience in set-up newly manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Have successful record of deploying HR strategies to support growth business.
- Strong organizational agility and be familiar with a fast-paced and matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen with proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategy to drive successful business results.
- Strong team leader and team player, have the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions when needed.
- High energy with a penchant for progress, willing to take a challenge and move the organization forward in a growth-oriented environment with lean resources; can do attitude.
- Strong influencing skills with ability to influencing capabilities, work as a bridge between Global HR team and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, visionary and able to communicate ideas in a way that builds alignment and support.
