What a typical day looks like:
- 员工关系管理
- 负责员工沟通、冲突调解及劳动关系处理，确保和谐的工作环境
- 定期组织员工座谈会、满意度调查，收集、反馈并推动改进
- 处理员工投诉、申诉及劳动争议，确保合规并降低法律风险
- 劳动合规与政策执行
- 确保公司政策符合当地劳动法规，定期检查人力资源相关文件
- 协助处理劳动仲裁、诉讼及政府检查
- 数据分析与报告
- 定期分析员工满意度、离职率等数据，提供改进建议处理员工关系相关报告，贯彻管理层决策
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上，3年以上员工关系或HRBP相关经验
- 熟悉劳动法、社保公积金政策及劳动争议处理流程
- 擅长处理复杂人际关系，具备冲突调解技巧
- 熟悉中国劳动法规，能独立处理劳动纠纷
- 具备数据统计与分析能力
