Job Description

• Organize site strategy workshop and regular follow up results.
• Define and implement site level BPS Mission, Vision, Passion/Strategy (MVP)
• Achieve QCD targets by driving BPS leadership commitment and everybody CIP elements in shopfloor.
• Develop BPS competence domain experts and be as Key Account Manager (KAM) agree the project needs with factories and SC.
• Benchmark with BSH Global and Bosch China by organizing related platforms

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Production System or Lean Manufacturing.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BPS-related projects (e.g., Kyogens/BLI/Speedweek) 。

• At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams.

• Strong communication skills in English.
