Fund analyst
Who we’re looking for
An experienced Fund analyst to support the investment and operations teams by preparing key materials, assisting with portfolio, transaction processes, and business management activities. The role includes working closely with investment professionals on deal due diligence, execution and exits, as well as supporting the COO in reporting, governance, operational best practices, and ad hoc projects to ensure the smooth running of the business division.

What you’ll do
- Materials and Presentations:
Prepare materials for decision-making, including Investment Committee memos, financial/operational data collection, and regular/ad hoc performance and valuation reports. - Portfolio Management Support:
Assist team leads and portfolio managers with monitoring portfolios, tracking performance, supporting value enhancement initiatives, and preparing exit preparation materials. - Transaction Support:
Support transaction execution through dataroom management, investor reporting, and coordination with legal, financial, and operational advisors. - Ad Hoc Projects:
Contribute to business development and operational projects as needs arise. - Operational and Business Management:
Assist, as required, the COO with governance, controls, and operational process improvements, and help generate management reports and analysis.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Major in finance, economics, and accounting.
- 3-5 years of working knowledge and experience in finance, and in particular, preferably in private equity, infrastructure or other alternative asset class investment sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel modelling and the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Mandarin (native) and English Qualifications: CFA (preferred but not essential) ， AMAC Certificate (preferred but not essential)

你的工作职责
- 准备材料与演示文稿：
为决策准备材料，包括投资委员会备忘录、财务 / 运营数据收集、定期或临时业绩与估值报告。
- 投资组合管理支持：
协助团队负责人和投资组合经理监控组合、追踪业绩、推动价值提升举措，并为退出做好前期准备材料。
- 交易支持：
通过数据库管理、投资者报告，以及与法律、财务、运营顾问的协调，支持交易执行。
- 临时项目：
按需参与业务拓展及运营类项目。
- 运营与业务管理：
必要时协助 COO 提升治理、内控及运营流程，并协助生成管理报告和分析报告。
你需要具备的知识、经验与资质
- 金融、经济、财会相关专业毕业。
- 3-5 年金融领域相关经验，优先考虑具备私募股权、基础设施或其他另类资产投资领域的从业经验。
- 熟练掌握 Excel 建模和 Microsoft Office 应用。
- 语言：普通话（母语）及英语。 资质要求： CFA （优先但非必须） ; 基金从业资格证（优先但非必须）。
