Coordinate with external service providers(ESP) and warehouse operation team to secure smooth operation running
Recruit and training the ESP co-worker according to the handling capacity needs
Secure 100% IWAY compliances for ESPs
Coordinate with stakeholders and ESPs for labelling requirements to meet the goods availability in retails
Optimize and implement the working process to fully utilize the warehouse resources and improve the efficiency
External warehouse IN/OUT plan to secure the goods availability
settle down the troubles in the daily business with other teams
Handle special tasks assigned by team leader or Manager
Check ESPs working hours and handling volume with DC operational suppliers to secure the payment accuracy
