- Result-oriented in all details and issues, focus on work efficiency.
Responsibility
- Assist in the renovation and construction of integrated plant.
- Assist in the 0-1 establishment of the administrative management system.
- Handle daily administrative management, including but not limited to the establishment of SOPs for cleaning, greenery, and administrative suppliers (catering, direct drinking water, express delivery, etc.), as well as the setting of KPIs and assessment of suppliers based on key business indicators.
- Responsible for tasks such as resource coordination, daily operation management, and continuous improvement of the environment.
- Responsible for the renewal and confirmation of supplier contracts.
- Handled various administrative demands and feedback.
- Established a good communication interface and connection with employees through various channels and methods.
