Location:
What this job involves
Work and communicate with client on daily basis
Manage a team with 6 people, including receptionist, engineer, and technicians
Manage budget and cost of both JLL and client sides
Manage contracted service in compliance to codes, regulations, client and JLL procedures

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
At least 5-year experience in MNC IFM industry
Bachelor Degree
Fluent reading and writing English
Preferred
People management experience
Good knowledge of work place safety
