Responsibilities
1. Assist in inventorying all accessories in safety stock quantities and assist in completing monthly inventory reports;2. Complete accessory input, accessory outbound, and MOP settlement accessory outbound in the MOVEX system;3. Timely mail the required spare parts to all equipment installation personnel;4. Submit and promptly follow up on accessory purchase plan applications;5. Management of access to the accessory warehouse;6. Complete and submit the final settlement statement for the equipment;7. Assist in the coordination between the Feed Engineering Service Department, Procurement Department, and Finance Department;8. Other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Logistics, finance, e-commerce, mechanical equipment and other majors, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2026;2. Familiar with office software such as Excel/Word/PPT, experience in using ERP systems is preferred;3. Possess good data management skills, meticulous and conscientious;4. Possess good communication, coordination, and execution skills;5. 6 months internship or more is preferred.
