Who will you be working with?
You will be working with our Engineering department and RTPE Engineer team and Operation team.
How will you make a difference?
As an Electrical Engineer
You will be responsible for plant-wide equipment maintenance, repair, total productive maintenance (TPM), and spare parts management.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Must hold an electrician certification with strong hands-on skills.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience; proficient in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Familiarity with relays, circuit breakers, contactors, switches, and other electrical components.
- Excellent communication skills, integrity, and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
What will your typical day look like?
- Provide electrical technical support for equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues at any production stage.
- Manage electrical component selection, acceptance testing, and commissioning for new equipment.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical components.
- Design equipment and production line layouts, including wiring and electrical routing.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for electrical systems.
- Support cross-functional teams in addressing electrical technical issues with suppliers and customers.
- Conduct relay failure analysis, diagnostics, repairs, and draft failure analysis reports.
