WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Provide OHS guidance and compliance support to PVM Shenzhen site
为工厂提供职业健康安全指导及合规支持
2. Assist the development of annual plant OHS KPI’s and strive to achieve these goals and targets
协助制定年度工厂职业健康安全目标并努力使之实现
3. Conduct RI & RA with teams and then design and implement practical risk management procedures and strategies
进行风险识别和评估，并制定风险控制程序和措施
4. Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve site OHS procedures and programs, so that the site complies with all applicable China OHS regulations and OHS standards
制定、实施、监控和持续提高OHS（职业健康安全）管理程序，确保现场的安全生产符合中国的OHS法规和标准
5. Assistant for prepare budgets, reports and forecasts for the responsible areas according to organizational requirements, recommend approval and ensure compliance
按照公司要求和规定，协助制定EHS预算、报告和预测，以确保符合性
6. Factory-level safety education for new employees ，and identify site EHS training needs, develop and conduct the training plan.
针对新员工进行厂级安全教育，识别现场的EHS培训需求，并开发和实施培训计划
7. Inspect factory, lab, warehouses in a daily basis
每日对工厂，实验室，仓库进行检查
8. Conduct risk assessment on CMR substances I the factory
对所有CMR 物质进行风险评估
9. Assistant for execute EHS improvement Capex projects
协助执行EHS改善项目
10. Grow up the relationship with relevant government authorities, and complete the government's different system information and declarations such as fire protection and safety on time与相关政府部门维持良好合作关系，以及按时完成消防、安全等政府不同的系统资料以及申报
11. Work permits issue, safety\fire protection daily inspection, JSA promotion and contractor safety management.
危险作业工作许可证签发，安全、消防日检，JSA推动和承包商安全管理。
12. Assistant for ensure Shenzhen site maintains ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification
协助深圳工厂保持ISO45001和ISO 14001证书
13. Incidents, accidents, unsafe behaviors investigation statistics and accident analysis Conduct incident investigation and incident root cause analysis and its following up
事件、事故、不安全行为的调查统计及事故分析，并负责改进措施的跟进
14. Monitor and improve EHS recordkeeping to ensure record-keeping compliance
监督和改善EHS记录确保EHS记录的合规性
15. Emergency preparedness and response coordination, Perform on-site emergency drills twice a year
应急准备和应急响应协调，每年进行两次现场处置方案的演练
16. Co-work with Safety manager and Willis to close the Blue recommendations in Shenzhen
与工厂安全经理和Willis保险公司共同合作，关闭Blue发现项
17. Complete annual occupational hazards monitoring and occupational health examination
完成年度职业病危害因素日常监测以及职业健康体检
18. Assist to complete the integrity of the fire protection system, CCTV, access control system, and Anti-intrusion system
协助完成消防系统、CCTV、门禁系统、电网系统的完好
19. Other EHS related tasks and tasks from line manager
其它EHS相关工作和经理交待的工作
WHAT WE WANT YOU
1. Engineering background, with bachelor degree in safety, mechanism science, chemical or other relevant majors
工学背景，安全、机械科学、化学或其它领域的大学以上学历
2. National Certified Safety Engineer
国家注册安全工程师证书
3. 3+ years or above working experience in medium/large size manufacturing
3年以上在中型或大型制造企业的工作经验
4. Proved experience on safety management and occupational health
丰富的安全管理和职业健康管理的工作经验
5. Written and oral English communication skills
英文书面和英文口语沟通能力
