Make your mark in Sales

Our Sales team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practices, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.

How you will create an impact

  • You will play a key role in driving new business growth. We will give you a range of responsibilities, including prospecting, tender submissions and customer visits.

  • You will create your own Weekly Activity Plans to align your sales activities with the team’s goals and objectives. You will then follow AIG best practices to get the right results to achieve your monthly and annual sales targets.

  • There is a strong focus on relationship building – you will continue to provide an after-sales service to customers.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Relevant sales experience is preferred – ideally you will have experience of working overseas or in international trade.

  • Strong communication, presentation and team-working skills.

  • A hard-working, self-motivated energetic approach with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
