Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with company's goals and objectives in China Market.
- Content marketing via social media platforms to grow the company's presence while ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Plan and execute SEM/SEO, to increase brand visibility and leads generation.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, especially within the China Market.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure timely updates and relevancy of web content.
- Work closely with cross-functional team to create cohesive marketing campaigns. Also need to oversee or support some industrial tradeshows in China and corresponding 360 degree communication.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high quality deliverables within budget and timelines and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, in the following: Marketing/Business, Business Administration/Management/Communications
- 10+ years of extensive track record of digital marketing, marcom experience within multinational corporations.
- Previous experience in Fortune 500 companies especially in healthcare industry is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the Chinese digital market and B2B market.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing metrics and reporting tools.
- Proven project management skills, including experience in planning, managing, and executing medical exhibitions and academic conferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English.
