Your Role:
Job Objective:
- Achieve production volume within good safety & quality and within OP expense.
- Continuous improvement for EHS, quality, efficiency and cost.
Main Responsibilities：
- Organize production department daily operations, coordinate with other departments.
- Set up production department targets, make work plan, manage production department resource, monitor production department daily operations to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain production department SOP, give training to employees, manage and monitor the execution of SOP.
- Follow government and corporate regulations of EHS and quality, ensure department good performance of EHS and quality.
- Ensure employee’s safety, give employees the safety instruction and monitor employees’ daily operation following the instruction.
- Develop performance appraisal program for direct reports, evaluate their performance regularly and mete out rewards or punishments to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Make developing plan for direct reports and help them to complete the plan.
- Complete production department OpEx as plan, including 6S, DMS, Kaizen and cost saving project.
- Increase efficiency and control operation cost, via technical innovation and process optimization.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
Who you are:
Qualification Requirement ：
- Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical related major, Bachelor or above.
- More than 5 years production management experience.
- Be good at analyzing issues, strong planning and organization skills.
- Be good at deal with the interpersonal relationship.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Fluent in Microsoft software, better with SAP experience.
