We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
DevOps Strategy and Automation:
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible to provision and manage scalable infrastructure.
- Embed security scanning and compliance checks in development workflows using tools like Snyk or SonarQube.
- Promote DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and reliability in the SDLC.
- Collaborate with production support teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime for critical systems.
- Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve security-related issues during incidents.
- Work closely with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into operational workflows.
- Partner with the bank's operation resilience project team to align on security and resilience initiatives.
- Coordinate with global and regional DevOps teams to maintain consistency across distributed systems.
- Ensure compliance with China's regulatory requirements and global banking standards.
- Implement secure coding practices and manage secrets using tools like HashiCorp Vault.
- Deploy and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track performance and security events.
- Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to integrate reliability practices into automated workflows.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education:
- Experience:
Experience automating CI/CD pipelines and implementing security practices.
Familiarity with supporting production teams during incidents.
- Technical Skills:
Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform or Ansible.
Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Security Tools: Proficiency in Snyk or SonarQube.
Secrets Management: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault.
Monitoring: Expertise in Prometheus and Grafana.
Programming/Scripting: Strong skills in Python or Bash.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills:
Proactive mindset focused on automation and operational efficiency.
- Additional Requirements:
Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
Understanding of banking systems and compliance regulations.
