- Bachelor's degree in a related field is or an Associate's degree in a technical field, and equivalent work experience in a related field
- Capacity to learn internal tools and computer systems
- Ability to interpret Mechanical/technical drawings
- Skills to make technical decisions based on sound engineering facts Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Background knowledge of industrial engineering (Mechanical engineering, fluid, material)
- Experience in product design
- CAD operation: AutoCAD 2D
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) English communication
