Work you'll do
负责公司核心业务系统的前端架构设计与技术选型，涵盖Web、App（混合/ 小程序容器）、微信小程序、企业微信小程序多端开发。
主导前端小组的技术规划、任务分配及代码质量把控，优化工作流程，提升整体研发效率与技术产出。
与产品、设计、后端协同配合，确保项目按时交付并符合用户体验及性能要求。
跟进前端技术趋势，推动团队技术进化。
We are looking for someone with
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上前端开发经验，2 年以上团队管理经验，带过3 人以上团队并成功交付企业级项目；
掌握Vue/TypeScript/UniApp 等前端主流开发技术，具有微前端设计开发经验，具备大型项目架构设计与组件封装能力；
掌握移动端开发，尤其是H5、Hybrid App、微信小程序、企业微信小程序的开发及调试流程；
熟悉前端性能优化、浏览器兼容性、安全性（如XSS/CSRF）等常见问题及应对策略；
对技术文档、可维护性、代码规范有强烈意识并能在团队中推广；
有DevOps、自动化测试或可观测性建设经验；
具备良好的沟通能力、问题分析与推动解决能力，适应快速迭代与多任务环境；
较强的学习能力和适应能力。
