Job Description
1、负责收集、整理和分析业务数据，为公司决策提供数据支持和洞察。
2、构建和维护数据报表系统，定期生成业务报告，协助各部门理解业务状况。
3、运用BI工具进行数据挖掘和建模，发现业务问题，提出改进建议。
4、与业务团队紧密合作，理解业务需求，定制数据解决方案，提升业务效率。
5、监控数据质量，确保数据的准确性和一致性，及时发现并解决数据问题。

2、Build and maintain data reporting systems, generating regular business reports to assist departments in understanding business performance.
3、Employ BI tools for data mining and modeling, identifying business issues and proposing improvement recommendations.
4、Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements, tailor data solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.
5、Monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and promptly address data issues.

Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、计算机科学或相关专业。
2、3年以上BI或数据分析经验，熟悉SQL、Excel和至少一种BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI等）。
3、具备良好的业务理解能力，能够从数据中提炼关键信息，为业务决策提供有力支持。
4、优秀的英文沟通能力和技巧，能够与非技术人员有效交流，解释复杂的数据分析结果。
5、具备问题解决能力，善于在快节奏的环境中独立思考，持续优化数据分析流程。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
2、More than 3 years of experience in BI or data analysis, proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
3、Strong business acumen, able to extract key insights from data to support decision-making effectively.
4、Excellent communication skills to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
5、Problem-solving capability, capable of independent thinking in a fast-paced environment, continuously improving data analysis processes.
