岗位职责
- 通过个人与团队努力，负责指定区域空压机售后服务产品的销售与推广，并达成销售目标，提高市场份额，保证公司合理的利润；
- 按照销售过程管理要求，有效开展销售工作，包括基于机台数的跟进拜访、商机跟进、报价、签单、应收账款管理；
- 根据销售业务核心关注点，重点开发长期未合作客户业务，新开机设备的售后业务、保养合约的续签、售后节能业务的开发，以及竞品设备售后服务业务；
- 分析客户目前和潜在的需求，与内部相关合作团队密切沟通，如整机销售部、售后服务部，以提供完整的、一站式的空压机售后服务解决方案；
- 提供及时有效的市场信息，与市场部团队紧密合作，以助于市场部开发更贴合市场的产品以及业务模式；
- 负责名下客户应收账款的催收与管理
- 积极主动地学习和应用公司的产品知识、销售系统工具；
- 严格遵守公司的《商业行为准则》。
- 较强的沟通技巧和团队协作能力
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，热能与动力工程、过程装备与控制、机械类专业优先考虑；
- 两年及以上工业产品行业经验；
- 英语听说读写能力，熟练掌握Microsoft office软件；
- 能够适应经常出差
