接听客户电话咨询接待上门来访客户
根据客户的传真或邮件采购单做定单、样品单
与分切保持联系，对订单出现异常及时向销售或客户反馈
每日通知客户欠单
每日做好日报，上报相关人员
每周汇总定单，做好统计工作
为客户提供方便、优质的服务
完成上司布置的其它任务
Qualifications
大专及以上学历；有相关跟单或客服工作经验者优先；
具备良好的客户服务意识，有较强的应变能力和突发事件的解决能力；
具备一定的报表分析能力，如excel函数、宏、数据透视表等；
有一定的英语功底，英语四级或以上。
