Major Area of Responsibilities:
- PO release and order delivery management
- Perform PO mail release within agreed lead time .
- Communicate internally to perform clarification of the customer’s original delivery date with Branches .
- Confirm the final delivery date to related Supply Line department.
- Communicate with Branches to solve customer’s short delivery term requirement.
- Push Branches to delivery on time base on delivery plan.
- Perform Branches’ EX-Work Instruction checking and counting storage fee.
- Submit correct EX-Work Instruction to related Supply Line department.
- Data Maintaining
- Update delivery date in SAP.
- Confirm related SAP Milestone point.
- Update Order Project List.
- Delivery Planning and Order Balance
- Submit order delivery plan for every month.
- Coordinate and balance the actual order volume between customer require ment and factory capacity.
- Other
- Coordinate with other engineers when necessary .
- Promote internal’s team building and 5S activity.
Requirements:
Education Background:
Logistic or Business Administration undergraduates.
Experience:
More than 3 years’ work experience, preferably planning experience related.
Experienced in elevator industry is highly preferable.
Skillfully use SAP would be counted as additional value.
Others:
Skilled in data analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive and can handle tasks independently.
Strong sense of team work and be adept in studying.
Skilled in languages both written and spoken English, as well as Chinese.
