Job Summary
We are seeking a talent Costing Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, financial modeling expertise, cost analysis and the ability to provide strategic insights to support decision-making. As a Financial Analyst at Emerson, you will play a key role in analyzing cost and financial data, forecasting future performance, and providing recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Participate in the maintenance of new material costs and the update of annual standard costs;
- Record and analyze costs and expenses;
- Participate in period-end closing related work;
- Project cost budget, accounting, and gross profit analysis;
- Part of the work of accounts payable accounting;
- Lead inventory based on ERP and issue inventory analysis reports;
- Order and sales data management
- Finance Support and Analysis for New Product
- Other work that can be reasonably arranged.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in accounting, financial management, or related majors;
- More than 2 years of working experience in financial accounting/cost accounting in manufacturing companies;
- Familiar with actual cost and standard cost accounting systems;
- Proficient in Excel and database applications;
- Familiar with Oracle and Hyperion preferred;
- Strong learning ability;
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
- Good Chinese and English writing and speaking skills.
