The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines and evolves the future of e-commerce strategy and customer experience for our online platforms. We focus on crafting innovative and engaging consumer journeys that drive discovery, consideration, and conversion. This role will shape the strategic vision for e-commerce and content innovation, creating new shopping experiences and evolving the customer journey for China’s digital consumer. Help us lead some of our most forward-looking e-commerce initiatives, driving end-to-end planning and execution of integrated content and campaign strategies. This role will define strategic priorities, accelerate business growth, and reimagine how consumers discover and purchase through content. - Develop, manage, and socialize content-driven commerce strategies from ideation through execution, including e-commerce formats, editorial storytelling, and interactive campaigns. - Innovate new campaign concepts that drive consumer interest and deepen engagement with key products and brands through content. - Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to ensure content integration and campaign alignment - Identify and define unique brand tones that align with brand identity while resonating with platform culture and consumer preferences. - Build content calendar in alignment with internal cross functional teams, ensure seamless execution in close partnership with internal teams and agencies. - Align content programming with key objectives, track content performance and optimize content based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or content-related roles, with a strong track record of driving customer-centric initiatives.
- Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end content development - including planning, scripting, production guidance, and post-performance review
- Familiarity with China’s digital ecosystem and consumer behavior, especially in the context of e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field or MBA preferred
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that inspire action
- Hands-on experience leading e-commerce initiatives or large-scale digital events, from strategy to execution
- Strong background in e-commerce and marketing, with an understanding of brand-building in a digital-first environment
