Responsibilities:
Responsible for routine compliance work of the company on a daily basis, including but not limited to inflow notice management, report drafting and submission, Anti-Money Laundering and related-party transaction management related work, information disclosure; Assist in organizing/ coordinating regulatory requirements implementation; Conduct legal/ regulation research, draft and manage relevant documents; Assist in maintaining well communication with local regulators; Assist in developing compliance plan and improving compliance and risk management policies of the company, conducting compliance reviews/ inspections/ assessments as required; Assist in work related to risk management (C-ROSS) and internal audit; Assist in promoting compliance culture and conducting compliance training and providing compliance consultations; Assis in license management related work; and, Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in law or related; Proficient in English, TEM-8 or above is preferred; Good ability in writing fluently; 2 years or above experience in insurance industry is preferred; Have strong spirit of teamwork, good communication skills; and, Integrity, work hard, serious and responsible, detail oriented.
