Job Description
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead contract archiving project, ensure all the original with electric copy and properly stored with table of contents.
- Comparing the original contract with scanned copy, focusing on the signature, seal, date of signing. If there is a problem, coordinate with SOPS specialist to communicate with the customer to re-sign.
- Stamping, scanning, mailing, electric archiving contract and deliver the original contract to customer and SOPS.
- Manage the contract stamp, authorizer name stamp, ensure the security and proper used by SOPS or other qualified applicant with proper approval certificates
- According to the regulations on the management of the GEHC seal, we manage the special seal for GETD contracts and the seal of the legal person. Maintain seal samples and information sheets.
- Review the electronic signing contract (focusing on whether the seal and signature position are accurate and clear) and seal. If there is a problem, coordinate with SOPS to communicate with the customer to re-sign
- Manage the contract lending registration form, and coordinate with suppliers to retrieve, track and return the original contract for the SOPs.\
- Check the order quality report issued by Genpact every week, confirm the billing term &payment term of the non-standard payment method, and guide the SOPS to modify the correct one in EOM.
- Organize SOPS to complete the centralized filing of paper contracts for CQ-1 orders every quarter. Including reviewing the list of documents, checking the scanned copies and stamping, signing completely, coordinating suppliers, etc
- Platform management: member management, role management, permission management.
- Issue/problem solving: Coordinate with suppliers to promote the rapid handling and resolution of system failures and Enhance requirements (Best sign);
- Business support: support GETD electronic official seal workflow, including system operation guidance, troubleshooting, user Q&A, etc.; "
- Regularly check the Rev rec docs audit report to check the accuracy of the order subscription, venue, DN and other information. If there is a problem, remind the SOPS to correct it in time.
- Contract quarterly cross check deals allocation and audit.
- Assist LEGAL/COMPLIANC in obtaining original contracts and other relevant documents for external investigations"
Required Qualifications
- Rich knowledge and experience on contract management process and policy
- Solid process and program management orientation, demonstrated project planning and resource management/allocation experience and the proven ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Demonstrated mastery in a minimum of 3 critical growth trait competencies: inclusiveness, expertise, external focus, clear thinking, imagination. Proven personal improvement through a development plan with commensurate action plans and measurement criteria.
- Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools -- produce clear, concise, accurate written communication clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers -- establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Multiple years of GEHC OPS experience preferred.
