As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a CNC Technician to be based in Shanghai.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:
主要岗位职责
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Swiss lathe style) as needed.
- Assist inspectors with part inspection and machine adjustments.
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally.
- Clean, maintain and calibrate CNC machines.
- Tool changing as needed
- Work in small parts dimensions and hold tight tolerances within quality requirement.
- Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
- Participate continousl improvement activities in the shopfloor.
- Assist to train new CNC operators.

- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

- 协助质检员进行零件检查和相应机床调整。
- 对零件进行外观和尺寸检查。
- 根据需求对工具进行更换。
- 按要求清洁、维护保养CNC设备。
- 校准数控机床。
- 严格控制小型零件在质量要求的公差范围内。
- 保证每天安全操作。
- 积极参与车间的持续改进工作。
- 协助培训CNC操作员。
- 保障安全操作。
- 上级指派的其它任务。
Qualifications
资质要求
- Minimum Technical school/ college education background
- Minimum 5 years of CNC relevant working experience
- Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes is a plus.
- Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
- 技术大专/职业院校以上学历背景。
- 有至少五年以上数控相关工作经验。
- 有瑞士式数控车床经验者优先。
- 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。
Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Attention to fine detail and high quality.
- Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
- Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred
