主要工作职责:
1. 开发并管理有效的职业健康项目。维护健康服务部的政策和规程手册。
2. 管理并维护工厂医疗紧急方案,包括急救培训及血源性病原体接触方案。
3. 为职业和非职业伤害和疾病提供紧急治疗。
4. 管理并治疗工作相关的疾病和伤害,在其返回工作岗位时,强调早期识别干预、跟进和监控工人。协助管理员工(患有长期或复杂疾病/伤害)案例。适当同个人沟通,包括工厂管理,并介入所有案例结论。
5. 对短期残疾(STD)和家庭病假(FMLA)提供评估、监控和文件。
6. 根据政府要求、支持行为和铅标准,提供工作安置、定期及辞职体检。现场开展健康评估,以早期发现健康问题,包括以下临床服务:视力筛查、血压、听力灵敏度、呼吸机医疗问卷评估、肺功能测试和刺骼抽血。
7. 根据OSHA铅标准和公司政策及规程实施医疗监测和生物监测。就血铅问题协调员工干预建议。
8. 通过提供测听术(跟进和递交),调整听力保护项目。
9. 提供听力保护、血源性病原体、铅健康影响、药品及酒精影响,并可在其他工厂健康和安全教育培训项目上协助EHS协调员。
10. 调整安全眼镜保护计划。协助EHS协调员遵守教育员工良好的工作实务、家政、卫生、个人保护设备和呼吸机的使用。
11. 通过发现、防止病控制职业伤害和疾病,来维持同EHS协调员之间的关系。定期步行于工厂进行安全、环境和人身危险评估。在工厂安全委员会任职,并参与调查疾病和伤害事件。参见STOP培训。
12. 提供健康教育和促销项目,包括:停止吸烟、锻炼身体、健身、营养、减肥、高血压、免疫及压力管理。
13. 制定并维护当前法律及政府医疗和公司上报要求,并对数据进行分析。按OSHA、职业道德规范、各国隐私法的要求,根据保密性标准,保留员工管理记录。
14. 始终遵守适用国家及当地健康、工业卫生和安全规定。准备OSHA检验。
15. 通过参与职业教育和培训项目,保持职业能力,并按需完成要求,获得职业资格证书。
16. 要求加班,以满足内部及外部顾客要求。
17. 完成指定的其他工作。

任职资格要求:
1. 医学或相关领域副学士学位及以上。
2. 至少五年相关经验。
3. 在医学治疗及营救方面能力较强。
4. 出色的沟通、展示和人际交往技巧。
