As a Client Services Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of Sabre Hospitality products to strategic hotel customers. You will coordinate timelines and stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation experience, owning delivery from contract signature to customer go-live. To thrive in this role, you should bring strong ownership of outcomes, exceptional follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships through clear and confident communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage implementation of Sabre products and services for strategic hotel customers
- Create and maintain project plans including scope, timelines and resource alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers and third-party vendors to drive outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, mitigating issues and maintaining delivery quality
- Serve as the main point of contact from project initiation through handoff to support teams
Qualifications and education requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-site implementation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- Professional fluency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal
- PMP certification and strong understanding of project management best practices
- Experience with hospitality CRS platforms strongly preferred
