Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Clinical Development Oncology team as a Project Lead. This role will provide comprehensive support to the China Clinical Development Oncology team, encompassing project management, driving process excellence, promoting team-building and cultural initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Project-Related Tasks (70%)

  • Oversee resource allocation and monitor project dashboard tracking.
  • Coordinate business initiatives and conferences.
  • Lead team-building and cultural activities to enhance team cohesion.
  • Manage budget coordination, including preparing budget reports and addressing related inquiries.

Digital, Automation & Innovation Capability Building (20%)

  • Collaborate to enhance digital tools and streamline automation processes within the team.
  • Actively listen to business requests and develop the brand-new digital solutions or enhancements for existing tools and technologies.
  • Foster a digital mindset and promote the adoption of new tools among team members.

Administrative Tasks (10%)

  • Manage administrative duties for the team.
  • Provide logistical support, including organizing travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and assist in training records and administrative systems.
  • Provides the administrative support for global leaders’ visits as required.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding process, including laptop and IT package preparation and special office supplies such as corporate credit card, business card, etc
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs) or biotech companies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong project management abilities with a solid business acumen.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive approach, capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Mindset: Collaborative with logical thinking and a results-oriented focus.
  • Leadership: Good leadership and influencing skills.
  • Agility: Strong learning capabilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
