Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (40%)

Leads key customer negotiations, supports own book of business that impact the business unit and are key to supporting the business unit objectives. (25%)

Defines sales initiatives within country that support the short-term operational plan. (25%)

Trains new sellers or existing sellers on new products and techniques. (10%)

Other duties as assigned.
