Zone Chief / Zone Retail Manager
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 8 years of regional sales and/or dealer operations management experience, with more than 5 years in the luxury automotive brand sector.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, resilient character with a pioneering spirit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using daily office software and data analysis skills.
- Analyze regional dealer sales metrics, identify weaknesses in the sales funnel, and propose improvement plans to achieve targets.
- Focus on market share orientation by integrating production and sales resources to plan regional targets and increase market share in the responsible area.
- Analyze, follow up, and guide the improvement of regional dealers' business capabilities, with a focus on basic customer management, DCC operations, product and skills training, and personnel performance.
- Develop improvement plans based on inspection results/mystery shopper scores to enhance customer service levels.
- Collaborate with regional markets, provide guidance and supervision on promotional activities for dealers and regional markets based on regional characteristics or hot events, to enhance brand visibility within the jurisdiction.
- Other tasks: Analyze reports and feedback information within the region; prepare regular reporting materials, etc.
