Job Description
Category & Product Strategy developing – Yeast
- Conduct Yeast market research and category insights to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute brand positioning, product portfolio strategies, and pricing models play book aligned with B2B customer needs.
- Lead new product development (NPD) processes from concept to commercialization, collaborating with Baking center, Sales teams, Supply chain, Finance and Quality and Production.
- Craft compelling category narrative story and application solutions to enhance product value propositions.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Food Science;
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG/B2B marketing.
- Deep knowledge of bakery industry and raw materials, applications, and customer pain points.
- Proven success in product lifecycle management and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills; Nice English and Mandarin required.
