As a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the UK we are looking for an experienced Overseas Buying Manager to lead our sourcing operations in China. This is a key role within our business, responsible for managing a team, negotiating pricing, and ensuring a seamless supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team to support product sourcing and product development

- Product Sourcing: Identify and secure high-quality products at competitive prices.

- Supplier Negotiation: Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- 供应商谈判： 与制造商和供应商建立稳固关系，确保采购成本效益最大化。
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all sourced products meet company and regulatory standards.

- UK Coordination: Liaise daily with our UK team to align on purchasing strategies and business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

- Knowledge and experience within the furniture industry
- 拥有丰富的家具行业背景，并具备相关领域的工作经验。
- Proven experience in a buying, procurement, or sourcing role, ideally within China.
- 在中国区域具备采购、供应链管理或寻源经验。
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- 优秀的谈判技巧和跨文化沟通能力，能与各地团队高效协作。
- Fluency in English and Mandarin。
- 流利的英语和普通话，能进行无障碍沟通。
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
