Job Summary:
The B2B/EDI Analyst plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing electronic data interchange (EDI) systems that support B2B transactions. This role involves working with trading partners, vendor, business team, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange, troubleshoot issues, and enhance business process efficiencies through automation and integration.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hosting and managing a B2B platform in-house, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess these key responsibilities:
- Maintain and support EDI transaction processing (orders, invoices, shipment notices, and etc.)
- Establish new connectivity, preparing EDI mapping and testing with trading partners.
- Analyze business requirements to develop and enhance B2B integration
- Support projects to document functional requirements and work out solution to support business requirements
- Collaborate with solution architects to finalize the design and obtain stakeholders buy in
Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Multiple years of experience in EDI systems and B2B integration
- Proven experience in hosting and managing an in-house B2B platform, ensure system scalability, stability and security
- Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RN, XML, API-based exchanges).
- Experience with EDI tools, middleware, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external trading partners.
- Strong knowledge of EDI connection methods, including AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, FTPS, VAN, etc.
- Good English communication skill (writing and spoken English)

- Drive for results, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with VAN (Value-Added Network) providers and third-party EDI services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based B2B integration platforms and API-based technologies.

Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science or equivalent degree from an accredited international university
· 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain roles including supply chain process improvements
· Understand supply chain business processes and techniques
· Experience with ERP systems and processes
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
· Semiconductor industry experience
· Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL, Java Script, Excel macros, or Python is a plus
