We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

Collaborate with the engineering and product team to ensure APEX aligns with business requirements and delivers value.
Create customer marketing collaterals and drive marketing activities.
Provide training, support, and resources to business teams to maximize their use of APEX.
Drive the adoption and active usage of APEX across the organization.
Increase user engagement and satisfaction with APEX.
Stay updated on trends in treasury, finance, and modern engineering practices to continuously improve the platform and its adoption.
Enhance team engagement through initiatives such as engineer surveys, values alignment, and fostering psychological safety.
Drive talent development by facilitating training and learning initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Treasury Tech organization.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT industry, having taken marketing, project or product management related role, preferably in the finance or treasury domain.
Proven experience working in international companies with cross-site collaboration on a global scale.
Strong understanding of treasury and finance processes, systems, and data management.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on assigned responsibilities.
Proven experience working with modern engineering stacks and technology platforms
Technical skills are required including SQL queries, understanding API, integrations, and system architecture etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
Open mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas and perspective
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to driving results.
