Job Description:

Implements corporate communication methods that drive understanding, alignment, and engagement with organizational goals and objectives. Conducts employee data research, assesses corporate retention rates and evaluates employee engagement statistics in order to improve and maintain a successful employer brand. Assesses and proactively identifies engagement opportunities that connect leadership with employees and support collaborations between cross-functional departments and team members. Serves as a resource on corporate communications, communicates feedback regarding corporate brand-related issues, and participates in developing integrated communication strategies. Integrates employee engagement initiatives, reward and recognition programs, and education incentives that contribute to a progressive and diverse corporate culture. Implements processes to maintain open communication channels between related areas in order to optimize operational procedures and facilitate problem resolution. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
