We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven prompt systems for various banking services, such as customer service, fraud detection, and risk management.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI prompt algorithms and models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability, leveraging LangChain for enhanced capabilities.
- Conduct research on the latest AI and machine learning technologies, including LangChain, and apply them to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompt systems, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of AI prompt systems with other banking applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI prompt systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Ensure that all AI prompt systems adhere to industry best practices and comply with data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AI prompt systems as needed.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including LangChain, to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and competitive in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.
